Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us:

  • Contact form — your name, work email, WhatsApp number (optional), company/business, and message; processed for us by Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox.
  • Scheduling — if you book a session, Cal.com handles the details you enter to schedule it.
  • WhatsApp — if you message us, WhatsApp/Meta processes that conversation under their own terms.
  • Analytics — privacy-respecting, cookie-free usage statistics (aggregate page views and referrers), with no personal profiles. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver our services, and understand — in aggregate — which content is useful so we can improve it. We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who processes it (our providers)

We rely on a small set of reputable processors, each with its own privacy terms:

  • Web3Forms — contact-form delivery.
  • Cal.com — scheduling.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — messaging, if you contact us there.
  • Our own server (nginx) — hosting the site.
  • An optional privacy-respecting analytics provider, if enabled.

Cookies

The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookie-free. Tools you actively use (such as the embedded Cal.com scheduler) may set their own cookies under their policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), and Colombia (Ley 1581 de 2012) — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. Email hi@provenforge.com to exercise these rights.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client data only as long as needed to respond, deliver our work, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
